outsurance Complaints - bad service

it is almost a month since i submitted a claim for a leaking pipe and have been sent from pillar to post with one call centre agent at one stage asking that i procure the service myself and submit receipts. i also spoke to a so called team leader tshepiso ratlhogo and have been sending emails to her and another cecilia pretorius, with no success. imagine how it feels to sleep in a wet bedroom in winter when on the side you are paying for a service that you are not getting from slack and unprofessional employees.this is bad.please assist
