Private Complaints - Bad Service

I have a Telkom mobile (8ta) contract and all of a sudden, since about four months ago, I have cell phone access MAYBE 50% of the day, 70% of my calls drop and practically NO internet access, all at the same locations as before. I'm not getting ANY explanation ANYWHERE for this situation, they are not upholding their end of the agreement, but happily take my R999 every month. Nice going!
