Multichoice Complaints - Bad service

I have been struggling for a year to sory out my walka. I moved in with my daughter and cancelled my dstv and just kept my walka. I had always had mnet but since i moved i had the other chanels except mnet. I contacted multichoice because it kept giving me an E16/4 error. After several calls and a visit to multichoice they finally told me it was because i did not have a premium package in my name and that i should do a change of ownership onto my daughters name. I did this and had to phone again because i could still not get mnet. They told me it was transferred and within an hour it would be connected. 24 hrs kater still nothing so i phoned them again. They then said form wad incomplete and i should send it again. I did so. 3 days and several calls later still no mnet. I have been promised 3 times that a supervisor would call me back still nothing. WHAT MUST i DO NOW. I have been a subscriber for close to 20 years and this is how i am treated. I AM DISGUSTED
