standard bank Complaints - bad service

My name is Mathapelo Molefe. I am a standard bank client for 8 years now. 2017 has been a ridiculous year with standard bank. I have fraudulent companies debiting off my account which I have to reveres maybe 3 times a month if I noticed it on my statement. I went to the bank to get them to stop the unknown companies to stop them but the consultant told me there is no use stopping them because the companies use different reference numbers. So these companies just debit anytime of the month and if the debit bounces, the bank will charge me R115 per bounced debit. I called head office to request them to reverse the charged amount as these are unknown debits and they told me I must go to the branch and raise a query there. I had 7 charged fees to be reversed but the bank only did 1. When I raised the query, I was told they cannot reverse the bank charges. I still don't understand because they reversed one but cannot do the others. I therefore laid a complaint but the lady in the complaints department did not even let me to finish telling my complaint. She told me they don't reverse what the bank had charged although its fraudulent debits. She advised me to always have money in my account for such situations. My query was then forwarded to Clicks Randfontein and they also advised me they wont reverse the debits. My complaint is how could they reverse only 1 and when they have to reverse the rest they tell you that they cannot do it. My query was just closed without being sorted.
