KARIN Complaints - BAD SERVICE: DIAL O RIDE SUCK

Kereevia Januarie applied to use the Dial-o-Ride services since 2010 already. However she also attended the therapist for an assessment. Between 2010 and 2015 she was placed on a waiting list. She is permanently disabled and cannot make use of public transport as she cannot climb stairs. She is working at the Department of Justice, Bellville Magistrate Office and is staying at 11 Bluebell Village, Bella Donna, Blue Downs. Please assist, as we did a follow up and also received the following Reference Numbers: 7200005753, 7200202490, 7200202483

I also contacted Ms Ester Moab (Head of Department of Transport) last year, but really she could not even assist … this is very stress full.

Also see the communication received that Kereevia is being paced on a waiting list….. Is this fair that a person is being placed on a waiting list since 2010??????
