Eagle Liner Complaints - Bad Service and ingnorance

My name is Thando Xalabile, I would like to complain about the worst and poor service I received from eagle liner today.. we believe booked a ticket for my older brother from Johannesburg to Capetown at 13:00 today (06/06/2019), then my brother couldn't make it time for the bus but while he was on his way to the bus he received a call from a guy from eagle liner Offices and the guy said that he should come to the office he will be given another ticket for another day or for later today, when we got at the bus station ( parkstation). The story now changed and he was told he cannot get the ticket he was then given a duplicate ticket and that he must call the number then the ticket will be replaced. We tried calling the phone keeps on ringing without being answered. We tried calling contacting them via the provided WhatsApp number, the person responsible for WhatsApp just reads messages without responding I sent and email they are not responding.. according to the complaints I've seen online and even on this platform it clear eagle liner staff members do not take their customers into consideration and something needs to be done.
