Mercedes Benz Complaints - Bad service and no feedback / registration papers

Myself and my husband bought two Mercedes benz vehicles, upon successful payment of our vehicles, We requested our papers of which we were told that the papers were delivered to us by courier services, of which we disputed same, and requested a delivery note of our original papers. We were promised by Mercedes National Office that they will investigate and will come back to us.

3 Months ago I called them again of which it must be noted that our vehicles has been paid off for more than 5 years. We never heard from Mercedes up to today, and is desperate in need for our papers. However we have changed to Hyundai Vereeniging and we bought two Hyundai vehicles with super service. However we feel that we are being prejudice through the stay of our original right as owners.

We bought our vehicles from Mercedes Vaal and still await our papers. It is clear that we paid it off but is deprived from ownership papers.
