Pep Cell Complaints - Bad Service on Repair issues

I bought a phone on the 24/08/2019 at Kempton Park in Festival Mall, Samsung A2 Core. On the 19/07/2020 it started overheating so I took it back to Pep Cell since it had guarantee and they checked it and booked it for repairs. But I was told to come back after six weeks to check if my phone is back. So I did and to my surprise I was told that overheating was caused by physical damage but it's phone system malfunctioning. So I was told to pay for repairs or take it back they can't fix it at Pep Cell or I should take it back without being fixed.So I asked for my phone back of which I never got back this now.
Problem I have is I had to sit six weeks without phone cause I trusted Pep Cell to honour their customer service slogan but unfortunately I had to be a victim of bad service
