TELKOM Complaints - Bad service or no service

THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER THAT YOU CAN GET. WE ASKED OUR FIBER LINE TO BE MOVED AS WE HAVE MOVED 2 KM'S. TELKOM DOES NOT HAVE FIBER IN THE ARE AND WE HAD TO GO THROUGH VUMATEL AS TELKOM WOULD BE THE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. VUMATEL INSTALLED ON THE 8TH OF JANUARY 2019 AND WE IMMEDIATELY GAVE THE VT NUMBER THROUGH TO TELKOM. TODAY IS THE 8TH OF FEBRUARY 2019 AND TELKOM STILL HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THE LINE. EVERYDAY WE PHONE AND THE ONLY ANSWER WE GET IS "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT WE WILL ESCALATE THE REQUEST" ASK FOR A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AND THEY SAY THEY ARE IN A MEETING. VT-KN-OB-0969
