multichoice Complaints - bad service, overcharging rates

I have been paying my DSTV on the 14th past 4 months,however every month on the 5th our services would be suspended. Tried to change my payment date from 31st to 15 via email, it was not changed. On th 31/07/18 I received a notification to pay and I called them to confirm the new date, they charged me extra R180 only to change to the new date. My last payment was on the 14th July but my services were suspended again today 05/08. i have been using their services only for 2 weeks monthly and they suspend before 31 days is due,spoke to Kagiso supervisor last promised to call back and never did
