BIDVEST MCCARTHY NISSAN JOHANNESBURG Complaints - Bad Service and Rude Employees

I took my car for service on a Friday morning expecting to have it by the evening. It's been more than 2 weeks I have not received my car back because the mechanic broke a part in my car and the service center is not willing to take responsibility and when calling to find out the technician 'Vusi' who is responsible does not answer my calls, is rude and is not willing to assist me with transportation as I use the car for work purposes.
