Eskom Complaints - Bad Service: Service request submitted but cases closed unresolved

I am a resident of house number 14310 phase 2 Bramfisherville ,We had a power failure on the 22 April and we requested service for reconnections and they only attend us on the 29 , Power was restored however it worked for 2 days and from 8 May to date we do not have electricity and we have been calling ,given reference numbers that are just closed without any service being rendered. Technician have been coming on that site , looking at the pole without touching it and later to find given service request closed, Its not everyone who is not paying electricity bills and for us who are paying, we suffering for other people mistakes
