Isandrey Complaints - Bad service and shouting at a old person waiting for a deleyd flight

FLIOGHT MN512 FROM Durban to Lanseria on Friday the 25th of October 2019 was scheduled to leave at 19.45 and was delayed due to no reason what so ever and in this time, people was given notifications of the flight being delayed for 15 min, and then another 45 min and then it went to only depart at 11.30 pm.
After already being angry and frustrated with this delays , kids and old people were not assisted to make the waiting time easier but instead was shouted to by the Kulula staff that was assisting the gate at that time.
The forced a old man from sitting on the barrier at the gate to stand since he is not allowed to sit there but for delaying a flight that was supposed to leave at 19.45pm to 11.30pm and couldn't give us any reasons why and then still laugh at the angry passengers for being upset from the other side of the door isn't on!
we pay a lot of money for these flight and my company spends over R400 000pm on using your carrier.
I can promise you this was the last business I will every give Kulula after this service. I will going forward book on another carrier even if its more expensive and is going public with this . I posted this on your website and got a reply back of we got your complaint and will get back to you with an answer. Is that the best you can do?? I still haven't had any call or reply back from Kulula or Commair.
