TELKOM Complaints - BAD SERVICE/ TECHNICAL DEP. & TELKOM CHAT

It's been almost two months since we requested for a Business line from Telkom. The line was finally installed after 5 weeks. We were told that we needed to purchase phones separately, which we have. From the time the line was installed there has been no connection to the actual handsets, a technical query was logged with the Telkom Chat Service and we were sent an sms with the turn around time of 5 days for the query to get resolved and reference number. Now it's going for 10 days without the query being resolved. We can't even get through to the 10210 number which we keep getting from anyone we get in contact with at Telkom. I've just tried to follow up with someone from the Telkom Chat Service and had a little chat with an Agent by the name of Ayanda. i want to believe that she must have gotten irritated when I requested their complaints department and she she decided to shut our chat whilst I was typing. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Telkom Agents need to understand that we are paying for these services. Hence we will be billed for a service we don't even have. Telkom should teach their Agents professionalism for this will cost the company great loss in their Client data base. I need someone to contact us ASAP.
