MBD Complaints - Bad Service / Unfair treatment

MBD contacted me for an outstanding debt and I agreed to make weekly payments. I tried to make a payment via online banking and was unsuccessful. Contacted MBD and they gave me another account and a reference no. Tried to make the transfer and was unsuccessful. I contacted MBD and they advise that I must go to FNB and make a payment over the counter. Went to FNB and the teller was unable to do the transaction. I reported the incident to MBD and no one can assist. In the interim they contact me every second day and demand payment. An extremely rude lady Ashlin or Ashly from MBD told me that must stop making excuses and pay. Tried to report the incident to senior management at MBD but it is impossible to speak to anyone. James promised me two or three weeks ago that he will sort the problem and now Mtebo Maaitji also promise a week ago to solve the problem. I am leaving messages for these two gentleman almost every second day with no response. How can a company ask me to pay if they make it impossible for me to pay and continue to threaten me.
