multichoice dstv Complaints - bad servive

I called multichoice DSTV on Monday to ask for downgrade of I was told to pay R152.00 and when I get home I realized that the downgrade was not done I called again still the downgrade was not done on Wednesday afternoon when I get home the service were terminated ,when I called them this morning on Thursday they confirm that yes I did call but the their agent did not change to downgrade they are now forcing me to pay R270.00 for the compact when I have already told them that I can not pay it this month due to my financial state please help me .this people are frustrating me
