MWEB Complaints - Bad Signal and Service

I took out a LTE Advance contract with MWEB approx 3 to 4 months ago and have the same issue, no signal streghnth allowing me to stream, even my cell phones struggle with proper signal and only gets 2 little bars showing signal strength and yet the router shows full 3 bar strength. I have contacted the technical dept numerous times and emailed MWEB via my account numerous times and received no assistance yet and they are not contactable after 8pm either. I received one call and was told I wud be contacted at home on a Friday or Sat and to date no calls of assistance. Ive requested that my contract be cancelled and I refuse to pay for June as I have not been able to stream due to slow signal strength. I am currently paying R548 for LTE Advanced that does not work. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
