SAPS Complaints - Bad treatment

I requested a cashback today, 19 August 2019 around 13:40 at PEP stores at Mount Fletcher.When I was expecting to get my money,the teller labelled CINDY told me that computers are down and told me to go to my bank to reverse the transaction if it does not reverse by itself.I told her that my bank is too far(70 KM) but she ARROGANTLY told me that there is nothing more she can do and left me on the till without help. I am too furious about this and i am looking forward to tell the whole country about bad service rendered at Mount Fletcher,Eastern Cape.
