CellC and GloCel Complaints - Being billed incorrectly

I have been incorrectly billed and money deducted from my ABSA Bank account for 2 months now without my consent. I sent their customer services an email as I'm out of the country at the moment and have had no response.

GloCle were my service providers and they owed me money. This is the message I got. GloCell Customer Communications - Cession Letter

Transfer of your GloCell Service Provider Contract to Cell C Network
You will already have received a letter and text message with a link to our webpage detailing your migration to Cell C.
On receipt of this letter your contract will have already been migrated to Cell C. By the end of the migration process, you will no longer be a GloCell
customer, but a Cell C customer.
This is good news for you, as you will have access to a larger call centre, increased sales and service points, and a larger product and service
portfolio, by nature of you being part of the Cell C family.
We would like to thank you for your valued patronage and loyal support of GloCell throughout your term with us.
The Competition Authorities have approved the sale submission and we therefore wish to inform you of the transfer of your subscriber contract (also
legally known as a cession) to Cell C.
You will receive notification from Cell C once your contract has been fully migrated.

However, GolCel actually owe me R5 770. Suddenly CellC are billing me when they should not be.
