Telkom Complaints - billed me to much

im Eugenia Lebogang Lesufi I went to Telkom in Irene Mall to apply for a Cell phone contract which was R179 per month for 24 months. the sales lady there explained to me that they will give me 100 minutes per month for all networks and if I have finished it then I will have extra R500.00 that I can use to call but it will be deducted from my Bank account, it will only be for the month of October,from November I will only get what my package I made sure that everytime I make sure that every time I make a call I check my balance so that I do not have to utelise the R500 because I knew I will not afford to my surprise today I received a sms from Telkom saying they will deduct R859 from my account on the 15 November 2017.when I call them the said it is because of the internet data that I used of which I was only told that when I make extra calls beyond the 100 minutes that they give for free then I have to pay extra cash. they never mentioned the data. and even though they did not mention the Data every day I check my balance for free minutes ,free smses,free data and also freedata for wifi, vibre and whatsApp but now they want to bill me R500 that I was not told about and im a single parent who is raising three kids on my own and them taking R859 from my account not the R339 we agreed it would really kill me. please help me
