meandyoumobile Complaints - billing issues. ignored by support staff

My debit order for meandyoumobile went trough my bank on 30 June. My phone got cut off on 02 July due to the transaction being declined according to them. trying to get hold of them was a mission since my mails went unanswered until today. the response was normal corporate song and dance with no success in communication or them actually trying to see if there is an issue in their system. getting hold of them now on chat talking to Andrea Maistry, which is also the person that responded to my mail earlier, the chat went in circles until she just ignored me. out the window with the "superior customer service" as they promise! all issues with this provider is a MISSION OF NOTE!
