Vodacom Complaints - Blacklisted my name with ITC unfairly

I has been using Vodacom more than 10 years on contract ( top up plan ) in mid 2017 I upgraded my contract... They delivered the phone at work to my Suprised it was an opened contract that I hate with passion... I called Vodacom immediately and asked them to fetch the phone because I don't want open contract... The consultant bagged me and asked me that I can pay for the open contract for 6 months then migrate back to my top up without any financial implication ... I was convinced and accepted the offer.come November I reminded Vodacom to migrate me ... They refused I reminded their them about them about their promise and end up migrating me to top up after a long struggle and hips of emails that I sent ,however they billed me with R5000 I objected I reminded them that they told me that migration would not have financial implications after 6 months...the matter dragged and dragged and Vodacom cancelled my contract because of this UNLAWFUL R5000 that they charged on my account ... I lost my number... And Vodacom black listed me unlawfully and unfairly... I check with ITC and found that Vidacom is asking me to pay R12000.

I believe that Vodacom has treated me unfairly after supporting them for so many years and NOW VODACOM IS REWARDING MY LOYALTY WITH BLACKLISTING AND TREATING ME LIKE TRASH AND FAILING TO HONOR ITS PROMISE OF MIGRATING ME WITHOUT INCURRING FINACIAL IMPLICATION.i have a proof of emails that I sent with Vodacom they don't even respond
