Telkom South Africa Complaints - Blocked service

Wife has contract for 2 sim cards with data.
Signed up for debit order to go through on 15 th of every month. Debit order doesn't go off.
Statement of 01/09/2018 states that bank account will be debited on 14/09/2018 but amount is due by 30/09/2018.
Debit order went through bank on 27/09/2018 and service was blocked the same date.
Today, 05/10/2018 service is still not restored and personnel from Telkom sends me from one department to the other.
All I want from them is to cancel debit order and send me an account and I will pay it by due date.
