Telkom Complaints - Breach of contract

I had a 24 months contract with Telkom for data (10 gigs) per month.My contract was very clear that it didn't include extra data.To my surprise,in February 2017 there were double deductions on my account and upon enquiry I was told that I've requested extra data,and it is automatical.The sales person at Telkom shop where I signed the contract clearly explained that my contract does not provide that.I asked for an investigation by Telkom because this is fraud,my details are at risk.They insist that I must pay and they have now blacklisted me,till today I don't know who did that.I'm unable to get credit because of this bad record.Please assist
