OUTSURANCE Complaints - BUILDING DAMAGE CLAIM NO SERVICE

I have subnitted a claim to Outsurance on 6 Dec 2017 and received my claim number which i was told telephonically is pre approved. since 6 Dec 2017 nothing has happened w.r.t. actioning my claim and i have to keep calling Outsurance, tell my story to every advisor / claims clerk, getting told they will be in contact with me or my husband to arrange with us to get people out to us to do the repairs! nobody ever calls me back, i have all the names of people i spoke to. We are paying our Insurance by Debit Order each month end and have not had a claim in 15 x years, NOW THIS BAD SERVICE??? We are going away on vacation on Saturday and they know that, we will take photos of the inside of the lapa with all our belongings, anybody have access now to the inside, if we return and thiefs have stolen anything, we will lay another claim for our furniture, TV etc....
