mr price home Complaints - bunk bed with factorry faults

I bought a bunk bed for my kids at Mr price home last year in December 2018 and paid for delivery and assemble fee. he bed was not assembled correctly and the wood had yellow marks.. I called to complaint and the said they were gonna replace the bed and it was in January 2019. till now I haven't got a replacement then I called them again on the 28th march and asked them to come collect the bed cause I needed a refund so that I can buy another bed and another store , they said its gonna take 7 working days to come collect and today is the 9th and the haven't called me so I decided to contact them and I spoke to Palesa who said there was nothing that stated that I need a refund and the she said they can only refund the bunk bed but not the mattress and I am very angry because the bed goes with the mattress so I cannot refund the bed and keep the mattress.my kids haven't used the bed since January 2019.. and I don't see a reason for me to buy a R5700 bed and not be able to use it.. I want my money. Mr price its bad they don't value their customers and thefore they gonna loose clients. please help me I have been fighting this alone for the past 3 months
