City to City Complaints - Bus is late

We booked a ticket via Computicket at Checkers for City to City : 3/01/2018 Departure time: 23:50.
I called the so called helpline and contact numbers provided on the internet to ensure there will be a bus for the booked date and time. I tried several numbers, several times and the calls were just dropped. Finally after about call 25 to number 7 I found a human being to speak to, who ensured me there will be a bus and to please make use of the given contact number in case of any query. Well the bus is one hour late, so far. We are two females waiting for the bus. The numbers yet again does not get answered when dialed. No one that can give us any information. This is unacceptable. I demand my money back as well as reimbursement for the money spend to reach the town where the bus is leaving from,40km's from my home and payment for the time wasted on waiting. If companies were to be forced to reimburse their clients for a delay/poor service on their part (company), things will start to change. As soon as you hit their pockets and demand what is rightfully yours, service is bound to improve!

City - to- City, expect my call and get ready to pay me.
