Appliance Network Complaints - CANCELLATION OF ELBA GAS STOVE

I ordered a elba gas stove and paid for the stove but decided to cancel. I contact the consultant (Laura Dyssel ) and she told me that I cannot cancel.I told her as a consumer I have the right to cancel the stove. I requested a full refund which is quite a lot of money. This morning she came with a new offer which I declined as she demanded an extra R2000 for the offer she suggested which I don't want.It seems that she don't want to refund my money as I mailed her when am I receiving the money.
