Multichoice Complaints - Cancellation of service

We cancelled our DSTV with Multichoice and give more than a month's notice in June 2017 and again in July 2017 as requested by Multichoice. So the signal was cut on 26 July 2017, but still the debit order went of end of July 2017. And mid August Multichoice ask for another payment. After several phone calls and a lot of e-mails the matter is still not resolved. Each time you call you spoke to a different person and everyone say they will make a note but still we are getting nowhere.
