Iemas Complaints - cancellation of vehicle insurance poor service

Since December 2018 I have been requesting Iemas to cancel my vehicle insurance with them due to high rates/ premiums charged. I was counter quoted but still not satisfied with their inhouse covers.

I join another cover, documents were requested by consultants at Iemas for the cancellation process, and they do not request information at once by request BIT BY BIT.

I have been going back and forth and now I am paying to vehicle insurance covers for 1 vehicle. how possible is that.

as I speak I have been placed on hold by consultant Thabiso, because I refused to cut off the line until the cover is cancelled and I receive that confirmation so that I can forward it to HR to stop Iemas deductions.

Iemas help me very well in purchasing the vehicle thanks to Charmaine, but the service I got now is disappointing. I am still holding, Thabiso told me I can hold for the whole day, they will deal with my case when they get to my email.

I requested to speak to the manager, she told they are in a meeting. most companies say that.

I WANT THIS DEALT WITH BEFORE FRIDAY, BECAUSE I WONT HAVE ANOTHER MONEY BEING DEDUCTED FOR SERVICE THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH. AS WELL AS THE REFUND ISSUE WILL DRAG.


BAD BAD SERVICE FROM IEMAS CONSULTANTS.
