Telkom Complaints - Cancelled Contract still being debited

Good day

On the 23rd of November I went to Telekom in Sandton as I wanted to take a laptop contract. I was assisted by Thelumusa and my contract was finalised but as Thelumusa gave me the laptop, the other things were missing like external hard drive and the router was not the one which was advertised on the pamphlet. Then I told musa to cancell the contract as it is a wrong advertisement. But at the end of December I was debited R533 of which I went to the bank for it to be reversed.then the debit order was done again.i phoned the call centre and spoke to Pales Molise who told me to sent my bank statement to show that I was debited,i did sent that statement but still they debited again,then I went to Sandton again but still nothing is happening. Kindly assist as I am tired of doing reversal as the bank is charging me every time I do a reversal. My contact number is 0823541087.
