Telkom Complaints - Cancelled in Feb and still being billed!

I called customer care on 20th Feb 2017 to find out the procedure to cancel and Siphilile Mbili from Telkom kindly sent me an email with the cancellation letter attached and info to send to the cancellations email address.
I sent and received confirmation of receipt on 22 Feb 2017 and it read "We hereby acknowledge receipt of your fixed line Business Contract and Services cancellation request. A service consultant will contact you within 21 business days to verify the information provided and/or confirm cancellation/retention options available."
Then the next month i got billed, and the month after that too! I then went into a service center and they said they can’t help I must call 10210 and cancel with them. I called to be told they can't help me and I need to call cancellations on a Durban number. So I do this, NO ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALLED (around 10 times at different times of the day!)
I then asked my bank to reverse any "fraudulent" debits from Telkom, which they did, and I still got billed every month! Then an sms from MBD (their collections dept) and a number to call, so I call and ... NO ANSWER EVERY TIME!
Typical! Then today someone from MBD finally calls me and rudely states that if I don't pay up to date and ask for cancellation fee amount and pay that too I'll be blacklisted!!
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life!
