homechoice Complaints - cant assist in tracking my parcel

I phoned homechoice to assist when i will receive my parcel as this is a gift to someone, and they changed couriers and I get no response from them, the consultant advised me she can not help me as they may not contact their own couriers, so my question you gonne charge me for a parcel I do not have????How will you be able to assist a client if your consultants are not willing to assist.
