Budget Insurance Complaints - Car Claim

My name is Hypercia Mnisi, I just bought a brand new car that was recently damaged badly by the storm. The was just 9 days with me, I immediately contacted my insurer and they towed the car on the 2nd of this January 2018. I was informed that I shouldn't worry about anything, there's an assessor that will be assessing my from where they took, and he will be in contact with me during the assessment, but nobody called me during the assessment, the reason I went for a brand new car is that I didn't want problems. That car was damaged to a point where it locked the right doors, when they came to tow the car the back door was not working at all, the roof top was badly damaged to an extend that I had to run out of the car because of the ice. The ice were just getting inside the car through the roof. I was not even given a chance to see the pictures from their side as to what they fixing on my car. I am shocked and very disappointed in the service I have received from budget insurance . It's a pity because I can't upload all the pictures , as it's telling me of space. I have all the pictures. I know they might fix the outside body, but the water damage and ice damage inside that car it's going to give me problems. What can I do in this case
