Affinity insurance Complaints - Car Hire extension

Affinity insurance gave me a courtesy car as part of the package I pay for. This is to help me while the car is being repaired. But they sent the authorization to wrong repairers. After I followed up I picked up that my car was not being fixed because the panel beaters have not received an authorization from affinity. I contacted them to rectify that and asked them to extend the car hire period as it is their fault that my car is not fixed. They are refusing to do that.
