FNB Complaints - Card Fraud

I have logged a Fraud case with FNB on the 29th December where by money was withdrawn from my account whilst the Bank card was in my possession, 3 amounts totaling to R4000 on 3 occasions being 22nd. 25th and 27 December 2018. I was told by the Fraud call centre agent that it takes between 10 to 14 days to resolve, the first time I called I was told that it is impossible to clone a card and withdraw money fraudulently. second time I called I waited nearly 1 hour being transferred from the fraud department to Cheque/debit card fraud department which I ran out of airtime and never got through to speak to anyone. 3rd time today 14th Jan 2019 I eventually got through to them to find out its still not resolved and besides that I had to explain again what happened from the start and only to be told there's no Guarantee I will get my money back.
I was with Standard bank for more than 20years and not once have I had such a problem with card fraud besides bad services hence the reason I changed banks. If this is not resolved soon and I don't get my money back I will make it my mission to spread the news about the pathetic service they give clients.
