MTN Complaints - Cell phone fixed and still awaiting dispartch over 3 weeks now

I took a cellphone contract with MTN Protea Gardens in December 2017 for Samsung J7 Pro, I received my phone on 22 Dec 2017 and the notification light was not working. After going through settings trying to figure out why the light doesn't to show if I had missed call or messages ,still it did not work.I took the phone back to the store on the 03/01/2018 and i was told that they will send the phone for warranty assesment it will take 2-3weeks.I went to check on the 16/01/2018 and i was told that the phone was checked and everything is fine and awaiting dispatch i should receive it in a week. it has been a full 3 weeks where MTN is keeping my phone in their warehouse and still awaiting dispatch their reason is they dont have drivers and yet they manage to deliver phones to their stores weekly. I even think of cancelling my contract because i dont see the use of having a contract without a phone. The service i have received from MTN is very bad.
