hollard Complaints - claim not received

I have submitted a claim on the26 February 3018 I submitted all required documents for my mother waiting period was over I have made 8 payments to hollard they even debited the 9th after I submitted the claim .they told me to submit a medical report which I did they told me it was filled incorrect I needed to go back to hospital to I did I submitted again they told me it was incorrect again I went back to hospital and submitted the 3rd time.now I've been calling them its been three weeks they have been telling me its at risk department.natural causes waiting period for claim is 48hours they said but now I never got a call from them to respond to my follow up on the claim,I've been using my airtime to call them but no one bothered to call me back I've even buried my mother I had to borrow money to bury her.hollard has given me a horrible experience in my time of pain.even now I'm still waiting this is the forth week.
