finrite foschini group Complaints - claim of the cellphone to be replace I lost it

I lost my on 5 September 2018 I completed the claim form when I phone the insurance company they're taking me from pillar to post, they always say they will call me. back but they never call me back not even once or they're always off line but money is being deducted on my bank account, I wrote emails nothing has changed, I still don't have a phone, I spoke to peace, nomonde I forgot others, just want them to replace my phone that's all Thanks advance
