Group1 Mahindra Midrand Complaints - Company does not want to repair my car (still under warranty)

On Sunday Morning (16 September 2018) I was driving along R566 and N4 Rosslyn going back to my place in 0633 JakalasWinterveld when my car suddenly stopped and showed engine sign on the screen. Then on Tuesday (18 September 2018 I was not feeling well but I forced myself) I towed the car for service/checking to Group 1 Midrand service centre they said they will check and get back to me. I called on Friday the 21st of September 2018 I called to check the progress thereof when I was told that I will get feedback on Tuesday (25 September 2018) of which they did not get back to me. I then called them instead on 25 September 2018 that’s when they told me that Mahindra people came to check the car and it was declared that there was no oil in the car and the engine needs to be replaced of which I was not aware of any lack of oil and there was no sign to alert me at all. How is it possible that there was no oil in the car when in fact it just came back from the 10 000 KM service it is now at approximately 16 828km or so going towards second service? I went to Group 1 in the morning ( today 26-09-2018) to clarify what happened and the guys from Service-Group 1 told me they will contact Mahindra people again so that they will come again. I sent an e-mail to customer care on 26-09-2018 logging a query. On 27 September 2018, I got a reply from Jeandre stating that it was my fault that Mahindra will not repair my car. Also claiming that I owe R11 000 for clutch repair of which I was told that service will pay.
