We have emailed a claims form through on the 24th june 2016 to the email provided by hollard.Despite the numerous calls made to hollard ,they claim to not have received the email ,when it clearly shows that it has gone through. There service is appalling .Because of Hollard we are unable to pay the funeral home and thus cant receive my moms ashes.
