I took out a new contract with Intellicell, waited for 3 weeks for phone to be delivered after they promised 2 days to deliver, blame the courier company. This morning they deduct the payment after it was confirmed for the last day of the month. Tell me they've captured it as thelast friday of the month? Hello today is definitely not friday, got a real don't care attitude from them. Eventually got them to phone me back after like 5 calls

I made call to Intellicell mid Jan for a cell phone contract,I statyed a month without knowing if my application was successfull or not as there was no comunication whatsoever from them. A few days in Feb got calls from them advising of dispatch on the devise & they had an incorrect address for the dilivery.How I wish could've cancelled the damn contract on that day, on the 5th Feb I received the device,I had a new number was not ported as promised then an sms that a d/o will run in 48...

I received a contract phone in june and tge simcard was not registered on rica. I tried to vomplain and in November I was told that letter will be sent to me and I take it to Vodacom for rica. My worry is the accumulated airtime which I'm not sure to get again.

Good day, I purchased a Sony Experia XA1 from Intellicell. The brand new phone only worked until April. Thereafter I contacted the company to report the broken phone. The sent a courier to fetch phone on 24 April 2019 and brought back the same broken phone three weeks later, stating that nothing as wrong with the phone. good day am having a problem with this company they've blocked my sim cards witch I have with them am paying on a weekly basic terms I even consinder changing my bank account last year i call them this morning like I always do they put you onhold tel you they wil come back to you i cant hold the phone for over 30mins I mean we using airtime but since no one has called me i think i need to cancel the contract with them.
