Group 1 motors Stellenbosch Complaints - Complaint about failure to deliver

In January I purchased a 2015 Renault Duster 1.5 DCI 2X2. When I went to fetch the car I was told that the spare keys and the service book were missing and would be delivered to me at a later stage. When I made a followup the following week, I was asked for car details and told that the spare key would be order overseas for me. Four months later I have not received anything. I have written a number of emails to them to request for updates but still in vain. Please advise.
