Vodacom Complaints - Conract expired and cancell but no credit.

During May 2020 I've cancelled my one contract as it expired end June, Cancellation Nr 1/3497875. This is the 3rd month now and they want to suspend my phone for the 3x R200 pm after 30 years I am dealing with them. I have spoken to MIKAALEN at Vodacom accounts but he said that he can'T do anything about it. Then I spoke to ONDEZIWE at cancellations, when I asked her for her surname she just cut me off.
I am desperate. It is four months now that I am trying to sort this out, how can VODACOM give me a cancellation number but don't cancell the contract. THEY ARE CROOKS,
