OnAir TV Complaints - Continued debit otder billing

In May 2019 I purchased 2 x Explora 3 DStv decoders for R139pm. Or that is what I thought due to their misleading advertising. On the 29 June 2019 I was debited for R139 x 2 = R278. I spoke to one of the sales personnel on the phone a cancelled the contract with them, citing misleading advertising on their part. The person said that the sale will be cancelled and that my monies paid would be refunded after RAM has collected the said items. RAM subsequently collected the items on 27 September 2019 at 09:40 (RAM COL 04667537), and I have been struggling ever since to get someone from OnAir tv to refund me. The don't answer their phones when you call. And when they do, they are of no help, even saying that someone will phone you back. That never happens. I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
