MPR Mobile Complaints - Contract end and still charging me

I had a contract with MRP Mobile it expired in May 2018. At the end of April I had to pay R498.00 which for the two years I had the contract never used more than R200.00 a month. The worst was that the last time I used the sim card in February 2018. I query it they said the sim has used on data of I know did not used it and some else could not have use my card because I stay alone. I send three emails to their customer service to cancel my contract and they did not. Now each month they add a R100 to my telling me they not cancel my contract because must pay the R598.00 that they added to my account after the contract expired. I feel that I can not pay for something I am not using.

Please advise.
