bought a car beginning of February and was bumped by a guy who is insured BY Prime Meridian insurance and because it was his fault I had to claim from his third party claim, I submitted the claim was submitted 10/02/2017 I have to always call them to check progress on the claim no one calls me and up to this day this company is failing to fix a claim of R10 000 for fender.

Applied for a ADS L Line at January 2017 but to date nothing has happen. Spend about R500,00 on Cellphone Calls to date but been just send from one side to other side. Each time they got others stories. They got no PORTS and must or first then there are no ADS L cable in our area and to put ADS L Line in place.We already got 3 Reference Number but they as good as the paper they written on. When you follow-up they just give you another number

I have an account with telkom, we were fine till February when I changed my account I called in to tell them the new account number but it was already late so I left the money for the deductions for the 25th ....on the 27th I did a follow up if they did get the money the agency confirm they receive the funds, the days went by and I received a sms stating I'm owing money of which I called in again and again the agency assured me they receive the funds...few weeks before month end of February...

I signed up for a 24 month contract at the beginning of 2015 at the Johannesburg branch. Today (24/04/2017),when I went to enquire as to why I am still being debited, I was told that my contract expires January 2018. When I enquired as to how that is possible, I was told that there is no contract for 24 months.(while I signed one)

Work, home phones & adsl lines have been out of order for 3 months - Losing business daily - At my wits end – There have been over 15 technicians that have come to my house and no-one can help.
