I was charged R2000 for an original LCD for my Samsung A5. The repair was done on the 27th November 2018 and on the 30th November 2018, my screen started to go purple in patches. On the 1st December when I took it back to the owner of the shop, Malik, he advised me that there is no guarantee on LCDs and I probably sat on the phone. George from Munnik Pools diagnosed my pool problem erroneously. After payment I could never get him back to fix the real problem. Agreement states that fuel deposit is repaid on return of car if the tank is full, Secondly if the car is returned undamaged the hold on deposit will also be released on return of the car. HERTZ has done neither after car was returned on 20 Nov 18. They are therefor in breach of the agreement. Any amount of reminders to Hertz are ignored with the standard phrase that it takes from 7 to 14 working days to investigate the complaint.
