On their website they promise supervision and that they level the area before laying the lawn. Neither of which happened. There was no supervision for most of the time and the lawn is so uneven you can't mow it properly. Also within a week afterwards there were big dead patches though it was watered as instructed. They were not interested to come and look at my problem and just ignored me when I complained about it.
