I stored my furniture for a couple months with Mini Max,in December I moved. When the truck arrived I was schocked to see that the boxes and furniture wasn't packed neatly but looked like everything was thrown into the back of the truck. Everything was a mess. I get a letter from discovery telling me that my husbands chronic meds are no longer on their list of meds-he now has to pay in over R300 a month or get cheaper meds-I tell them there is no generic for what he takes but they will not listen. Christmas Eve was sent sms informing me that Medshield had doubled my premium. Was old they do not go on means testing if you cannot afford it you must cancel. After they took over Oxygen Essential, Medshield stopped Gynaecology, Mamagrams,Dental,Optisions etc. Only exist on my Savings...which I used up on consultation with my Doctor. After my vehicle broke down in Secunda Iasked for roadside assistance, including transportation from Secunda to Vereeniging. I live in Witbank and have had to go to Multichoice branch in Wibank 6 times this year for my PVR. The average waiting time in the que is 2 hours in a small 4 x 4 meter room, no ventilation, aircon that has not worked once when I was there. No seats.
