Corner of 8th Street and Waterval Road is a Fish & Chips Franchise. The delivery truck detroys the pavement by driving over the pavement as weel as the sorm-water drain. The storm water drain was replaced by the Municipality but the truck is still wrecking the pavement. I had a contract with Cell C and gave them written notice a month before the contract expired, that my contract will expire the next month and I do not wish to upgrade.
